On May 22-23, 2021, the First Congress of the Eastern Europe and Asia Hair Research Society (EEAHRS 2021) was held https://eeahrs.org/congress21/ , organized by the Ukrainian team led by Yuliya Ovcharenko, Inessa Serbina and Kuzma Khobzei. The birth of the EEAHRS brand became a historical moment in the hair science, the main mission of which is to consolidate specialists from Eastern Europe and Asia for the development of trichology, popularize the regional clinical school and increase the authority of East European and Asian experts in the global trichological community. The undoubted advantage of such cooperation is the possibility of expanding the geography of fundamental and clinical hair research.

46 speakers and more than 1500 delegates from Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Uzbekistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Tunisia, Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Britain, Switzerland, USA, India, Spain, Qatar and Israel expressed a quota of trust and brainstorms together in unison. Such a large-scale event, which united Eastern Europe and Asia, is the result of many years of efforts by the Ukrainian team to consolidate the region's specialists.

A unique scientific program dedicated to hair aging was first exhaustively disclosed by scientists, among whom they shared their knowledge Lidia Rudnicka, Antonella Tosti, Nino Lortkipanidze, Ralph Trueb, Mohammad Jafferany, Bessam Farjo, Michela Starace, Justyna Sicinska, Adriana Rakowska, Raimonds Karls, Aida Gadzhigoroeva, Elena Arsova, Natalia Kruk, Anna Lyakhovitsky, Tülin Güleç, Akaki Tsilosani, Sofia Papanikou, Vasiliki Chasapi, Hoda Moneib, Zulfiya Jetpisbayeva, Fatima Azimova, Spartak Kaiumov, Ruta Barkauskaite, Inga Zemite, Salome Vadachkoria, Anna Waskiel-Burnat, Illhom Rakhimov, Inessa Serbina, Kuzma Khobzey, Yuliya Ovcharenko. Along with the basics of hair aging, diagnostic criteria for age-associated trichopathies and modern strategies for reversing hair and pigment loss, including the possibilities of regenerative trichology, were discussed.

Together with experts, new faces in trichology participated in the event, presenting the most interesting clinical cases on the interactive quiz TRICHOLOGY CONSILIUM, which, we hope, will become a good tradition of the EEAHRS Congresses. The voting system determined 10 winners of the Quiz, awarded with prizes, including: educational grants - internship at the

University clinic of the Medical University of Warsaw under the guidance of the EEAHRS Honorary President, Professor Lidia Rudnicka, internship at the university clinic of the National University of Kharkov under the guidance of EEAHRS Vice-President. Professor Yuliya Ovcharenko, grants for participation in the 2nd World Congress of Trichoscopy in Sorrento chaired by Professor Antonella Tosti, in the 3rd UHRS Congress in Kyiv and the 2nd EEAHRS Congress in Tbilisi chaired by EEAHRS President Professor Nino Lortkipanidze, as well as professional literature and HandyScope / FotoFinder.

For the first time, a unique format was created and implemented for holding a professional international meeting - a bilingual interactive educational congress with an integrated voting system based on clinical cases, in real time, followed by an instant determination of the winners. In one place, a live video demonstration with simultaneous translation, an interactive chat for questions and comments, and a voting system for quiz cases were collected. In fact, two Congresses were held in parallel, in English and Russian.

At the united meeting, a new UHRS creative project - PERSONALITY IN TRICHOLOGY was presented to a wide audience. This idea was born with the understanding that our great success and pleasure that our profession gives us are people. People who have shared with you the love of trichology, ready to give you their experience and precious communication, in which thoughts and feelings, ideas and discoveries, books and articles, professional and friendly meetings are born. Each of them becomes your teacher and part of your life. Our sincere interest and desire to show the personalities who made a revolution in the history of modern medicine - the founders of the science of hair. The first interview with the legend of world trichology, Professor Antonella Tosti is already available on the YouTube channel UHRS , where the following dialogues with personalities in trichology will also be published.

The Ukrainian team has once again set a new standard for holding professional international meetings.
